Estimates and Pricing

Prices shown on this site, including the ranges produced by our cost calculators, are planning estimates only. They are not quotes and do not create a contract. Final pricing is provided in a written estimate after an on-site evaluation of the concrete, the preparation required, and the flooring system selected. Written estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate.

Scheduling and Site Access

Project dates are scheduled in good faith and may shift because of weather, concrete moisture conditions, material availability, or the progress of other trades. You agree to provide safe access to the work area and to remove personal property from it before work begins unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Payment

Payment terms, deposits, and progress payments are set out in your written estimate or contract. Financing, when offered, is provided by a third-party lender under its own terms and approval process. We do not make credit decisions.

Warranty

Our Diamond Shield Guarantee and any product warranties are described in your written contract. Warranty coverage applies only to qualifying floors that are installed by our team and maintained as directed. It does not cover damage caused by moisture vapor from below the slab, structural movement, misuse, chemical spills that are not cleaned promptly, or work performed by others.

Intellectual Property

All text, photos, videos, logos, and other content on this site belong to DiamondShield or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

Reviews, Photos, and Submissions

If you send us photos, reviews, or other material, you give us permission to use that material to respond to you and, unless you tell us otherwise, to show the work in our marketing. We will not publish your full name or address without your consent.
